Easy bite-size nachos

Planning a Super Bowl party? Do you watch it for the game or the commercials? Either way, be your party big or small, these would be a great addition to your snack table! This is a favorite of my family's and is really easy. Sometimes we have them for dinner! Here's what you need:

Arrange Scoops on a jelly roll/cookie sheet.

Stir up the beans. You can add some salsa or taco sauce to the beans for added flavor. If you have one, fill a frosting bag fitted with a round tip with re-fried beans. If you don't have a frosting bag, you can use a Ziplock bag with one of the corners cut off or just spoon the beans in.

Fill the Scoops with beans. Top with shredded cheese and a jalapeno slice. Sometimes we cut the jalapenos... each brand varies in hot-ness.

Place under the broiler in your oven for 2-4 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the edges of the chips are starting to brown. Serve and enjoy!

Enjoy the commercials! I mean game :)

Thanks for the tip of the icing bag. I would have never thought of that! We use a knife to spread them and it is always all jacked up lol
